Our turnkey solutions to producing a plastic product are consisted of five main steps which are as follows:

  • 1st Step – Product design: We start a turnkey project from product design which includes product idea, product research, design and development, CAD, CAE and simulations. At this step we also conduct market research to see if the production is financially feasible. At the end of this step we come up with a 3D printed prototype.

  • 2nd Step – Calculations and Engineering: After product design, we focus on production by considering main factors such as production rate, product’s geometry, mold features, required machinery and their specs. At this point we carry out accurate engineering calculations thanks to our years of experience to determine machines type and size, any required customizations, mold cavities numbers and arranging and etc.

We also conduct financial calculations for forecasting investment, profitability, costs and payback period. By doing this our customers are notified if their investment are profitable or not, helping them for making better decisions.

         

We determine all of the required machineries and equipment including injection molding machines, blow molding machines, assembly machines, robot and automation devices and auxiliary equipment, then we design the factory layout which is essential for shop floor architecture. Having layout in hands will let us optimize material flow path leading to an efficient manufacturing line.

  • 3rd Step – Pilot mold and production trial run: For some intricate parts or polymers it is necessary to run a test production prior to making the final mold. This will prevent any potential disasters and money loss due to an unforeseen aspect of production. Usually we have a pilot mold made and we run a production trial for 1000-2000 pieces. Then the produced parts are investigated very precisely seeing if they match the expectations. Possible defects are fixed at this point so that the final mold can be made.

  • 4th Step- : Commissioning, Mass production, Training: After Making the final molds and importing machineries, we set up the manufacturing line at the customer’s shop floor. We carry out the commissioning process entirely which even includes water plumbing and electrical wiring. We also hold professional training courses for customer’s staffs until we make sure they are capable of running the manufacturing line on their own.
  • 5th Step- : Aftersales service: We provide Distinctive Aftersales services including periodical inspections, supplying original spare parts and 24/7 technical repairing services.
