Vertical injection molding machines are different than horizontal injection molding machines which are relying on clamping unit to ensure the parts perfect assembly. Proper part positioning require effort, time and high risk, however gravitational force always exist and it will displaces the parts in the mold of horizontal injection molding machine.<\/p>\n

Vertical injection molding machines are designed with open clamping unit mechanism and rotary table which make it possible to work with multiple molds and preform pre and post injection processes. Result of using these machines are less hand work, higher performance, higher production rate and lower cost. Another feature of these machines is their smaller foot print, hence it takes smaller area in the factory in comparison with horizontal injection machine.<\/p>\n

In other word, using vertical injection molding machines are a solution for production of parts with features such as high durability, vast availability in electrical related industry, medical, military and other similar industries.<\/p>\n

In general, Yizumi vertical injection machines are divided into three main groups of YH, YC and YV which can support clamping forces from 12 to 350 tons. YH, YC and YV series have 3 standard types including one way sliding table, two way sliding table and rotary table which is optional based on the producing product.<\/p>\n

YV series machines are the common type of vertical injection molding machines which has clamping mechanism with 4 tie bars and vertical injection unit.<\/p>\n

YC series vertical clamping unit mechanism is tie bar less to provide more space for operation, injection unit is horizontal in these machines.<\/p>\n

YH series vertical injection molding machines have 4 tie bar clamping mechanism and a horizontal injection unit and are mostly used for production of large parts. YH series machines occupy less space in factory.
